General Summary & Scope

The Assistant Services Manager (ASM) leads the salon team, supporting sales growth in hair and skin services, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence. The ASM supports the Experience Manager in managing stylists and estheticians, and also provides services to guests. This role focuses on performance, people, and process, requiring a results-driven, passionate, and influential leader with industry knowledge.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities

Performance

• Perform salon services such as haircuts, coloring, makeup, skincare analysis, and product demos.
• Achieve weekly productivity goals.
• Drive sales, guest loyalty, and operational metrics.
• Support event planning to enhance guest experience and meet sales and payroll goals.
• Analyze financial and operational reports regularly.
• Develop strategies to improve underperforming metrics.
• Stay informed on industry trends, products, and services.
• Maintain attendance and accountability among team members.

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of diverse top talent.

Job Qualifications

Education

Position Requirements
