General Description:

As an Assistant Service Manager, you will gain hands-on experience in one of Goodyear's Auto Service centers by engaging with guests and delivering outstanding service. You will learn to manage the service department effectively by scheduling staff, managing appointments, and organizing workflows to ensure quality work and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include:

• Drive sales through guest interactions, including tire and service sales
• Build guest relationships and ensure satisfaction by liaising between technicians and guests
• Manage the service department as needed
• Contribute to training and development of staff
• Explain warranties, promotions, and advertisements
• Use provided tools to recommend services based on manufacturer guidelines
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in work and guest areas
• Perform manual tasks, including lifting, standing, bending, and squatting

Basic Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of automotive service experience
• Valid driver's license
• Minimum age: 18
• No relocation offered
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
