Goodyear seeks an Assistant Service Manager to gain hands-on experience in one of its Auto Service centers. You will connect with guests, deliver outstanding service, and help manage scheduling, workflow, and guest relations to ensure quality work on time.

You’ll contribute to training of staff, articulate warranties and promotions, and use guidance to recommend services aligned with manufacturer guidelines. This is a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Automotive Service department experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
