JIFFY LUBE MULTICARE is seeking an Assistant Manager to ensure exceptional customer service and error-free vehicle service, while maintaining a safe, welcoming work environment. The role supports the Store Manager in daily duties and leads team members in policy adherence.

The position emphasizes customer experience, OSHA/EPA compliance, and staff development in a busy auto-care setting. High school diploma or GED required; prior management in auto service is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in day to day management duties.
• Manage store operation in absence of Store Manager.
• Resolve customer issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Follow OSHA and EPA standards and JTSS documentation.
• Ensure staff follow policies and perform required procedures.
• Maintain equipment and facilities in good condition.
• Support training and development of employees.
• Open and close the store promptly as required.
• Handle personnel issues professionally when Store Manager is unavailable.
• Uphold store image standards and JTSS guidelines.
