Job summary

August Hills seeks an Assistant Service Manager to join its Multifamily Maintenance team in Irving, TX. This full-time, hourly role supports the Service Manager in coordinating maintenance operations across properties and ensuring resident satisfaction and safety.

You will lead maintenance staff, troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical issues, manage records and inventory, and collaborate with other departments to resolve resident concerns efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in property maintenance or a related field, preferably in multifamily housing.
• Strong technical skills across HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Leadership experience or ability to collaborate with a team.

You will play a critical role in ensuring that maintenance operations run smoothly while providing outstanding service to residents and supporting the Service Manager in day-to-day tasks.
