OneWater Marine is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to oversee service department performance at their Peabody store. This role focuses on achieving customer satisfaction, productivity, and profit goals through effective management of the service team.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in the boating industry, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to quality service. Responsibilities include training technicians, monitoring service processes, and resolving customer complaints.
Assistant Service Managers are responsible for the performance of the service department areas as assigned by the Service Manager at their OneWater store. They are passionate about delighting customers and achieving or exceeding their volume, productivity and profit goals through effective management of the service team.
This position requires remaining in a stationary position, standing or sitting for prolonged periods; repeating wrist, hand, or finger motions; moving between work sites; operating a motor vehicle; communicating with others; assessing accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of work; hearing, talking, seeing; and coordinating eye, hand, and foot actions.
The work is conducted in an indoor office environment with controlled temperatures. There are no adverse environmental conditions expected. Physical demands include light to medium effort, moving objects up to 50 pounds.
