Job summary

Company Wrench is seeking an Assistant Service Manager to join our growing team. You will assist in supervising the service repair shop and support the Service Branch Development Manager in daily operations at a Knoxville branch.

You will help manage WOs, schedule technicians, provide timely quotes, and ensure warranty procedures are followed while focusing on safety and high-quality customer service.

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Must be able to pass drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide updates to customers on conditions, timelines, quotes, part lead times, and changes.
• Assist in developing plans to acquire new and existing service work to drive revenue.
• Assist the service manager in recruiting, hiring, and training service department employees.
• Manage the Work Order (WO) process from opening through invoicing.
• Schedule technicians for work with optimal efficiency in mind.
• Provide accurate quotes for service work within 48 hours.
