Our national multi-family management company seeks an experienced Assistant Service Manager with a "Whatever it Takes" attitude to oversee the physical property, general maintenance repairs, apartment make-ready, preventative maintenance, and construction/rehabilitation projects for an apartment community. The ideal candidate must also handle groundskeeping and pool duties as needed.
This position, along with the Lead Maintenance Technician, is responsible for overseeing the physical property, general maintenance repairs, and apartment make-ready, preventative maintenance, and construction/rehabilitation projects for an apartment community. Must be able to handle groundskeeping and pool duties as needed.
Community Manager and Service Manager
High school diploma or equivalent. Two (2) years of multi-family experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience demonstrating the ability to perform the duties of this position.
