What you’ll do

As an Assistant Manager, you will combine technical expertise and leadership skills to guide, develop, and train team members in delivering exceptional customer service. Your day will involve engaging with customers and team members to address vehicle needs and foster loyalty, while also contributing to your team’s success and career growth.

• Provide a warm, friendly first impression to guests
• Build trust to encourage customer loyalty
• Assist the Service Center Manager (SCM) in daily operations
• Manage inventory, labor, and financial performance
• Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety (EH&S) policies
• Mentor and train team members to enhance their development
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized service center
• Lead with superior customer service

How you’ll succeed

• Be friendly and team-oriented
• Possess effective interpersonal and communication skills
• Perform basic mathematical calculations
• Understand cash handling and safety policies
• Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Stand for extended periods, climb stairs, and perform physical movements such as twisting, stooping, and bending
• Hold a high school diploma or equivalent
• Preferably have six months of supervisory or related experience/training
