What you'll do

As an Assistant Manager, you'll combine technical expertise with leadership skills to guide, develop, and train your team in delivering excellent customer service. Your day will involve engaging with team members and customers, finding solutions for vehicle needs, and fostering loyalty. You'll also play a key role in your team members' success and be proactive in advancing your career.

  • Provide a warm, friendly first impression to every guest
  • Build trust and encourage repeat business
  • Assist the Service Center Manager with daily operations
  • Manage inventory, labor, and financial performance
  • Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health & Safety policies
  • Mentor and train team members for their development
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Lead in delivering superior customer service

How you'll succeed
