Job summary

Holman seeks an Assistant Service Advisor for Leith Chrysler Jeep to join our Holman family. You will greet clients, gather service details, explain costs, and act as a liaison between technicians and customers.

A high school diploma and a valid driver\'s license are required; strong communication and teamwork are essential. This is a regular full-time position with comprehensive health, vision, dental, life and disability insurance, plus retirement benefits.

Responsibilities

• Obtain a high level yet comprehensive knowledge of repairs and maintenance required.
• The Service Advisor Assistant will visually inspect vehicle, question customer about vehicle performance, complete service work order, and explain service costs to clients.
• Greet and interact with clients to determine immediate service needs.
• Use a consultative approach to educate clients on services and products.
• Serve as a liaison between technicians and clients.
• Post charges on the client\'s bill and act as a cashier.
• Create ravings fans by providing excellent service to clients and by demonstrating our mission and values.

What will you do?

Regular Full-Time
