Holman is seeking an Assistant Service Advisor to join Leith Chrysler Jeep and support service operations. You will greet customers, gather vehicle information, and coordinate with technicians to provide accurate service estimates.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtain knowledge of repairs and maintenance required.
• Visually inspect vehicle, discuss performance with customer, complete service work order, explain costs.
• Greet clients to determine immediate service needs.
• Educate clients on services and products with a consultative approach.
• Serve as liaison between technicians and clients.
• Post charges on the client’s bill and act as cashier.
• Create loyal fans by delivering exceptional service and living our values.

What will you do?

• Obtain a high level yet comprehensive knowledge of repairs and maintenance required
• The ServiceAdvisor Assistant will visually inspect vehicle, question customer about vehicle performance, complete service work order, and explain service costs toclients
• Greet and interact with clients to determine immediate service needs
• Use aconsultative approach to educate clients on services and products
• Serve as aliaison between technicians and clients
• Post charges on the client’s bill and act as a cashier
• Create ravings fans by providingexcellent service to clients and by demonstrating our mission and values
