Job summary

Levy Restaurants in Mammoth Lakes is seeking an Assistant Server for the seasonal period from December 2026 through April 2027. You will assist servers with dining room setup, deliver orders, bus tables, and ensure proper presentation and temperatures in line with HACCP standards.

Job Summary

Assists servers with various dining room activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Supports servers in preparing the dining room and table sets.
• Delivers orders to the table. Busses table.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of serving temperatures; follows HACCP standards.
• Personal commitment to your own safety and that of others.
• Abides by all Company policies and procedures including:
• The use of a medium weight cut glove when handling or using knives, peelers, choppers, mandolins or cleaning a slicer.
• The use of oven mitts, fryer gloves or steamer gloves when handling hot pans from ovens, warmers or steamtables.
• The use of slip‑resistant shoes and proper lifting techniques.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to walk or stand for long periods of time.
