Austin Country Club in Austin, TX is hiring for a full-time Assistant Server - Food Runner. This role thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment, delivering friendly service, guiding guests, and supporting kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth order flow and memorable experiences.

Starting pay is $18 per hour base, with tips, plus a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, a 401K after 90 days, paid holidays and PTO; uniforms

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of the food and beverage or hospitality industry.
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Great communication and customer service skills.
• 1+ years of restaurant experience preferred; host/club experience a plus.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS

This full-time position requires flexibility, with shifts ranging from 4-8 hours, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Occasionally, split shifts (doubles) may be scheduled to accommodate our dynamic operational needs.
