Job description

Andy Frain Services is seeking a highly motivated, multi-task oriented individual to assist in managing a Security contract. The role involves overseeing Supervisors and staff, ensuring performance, service, and budget compliance, and maintaining a safe environment for employees, vendors, and personnel.

The manager will establish relationships with local police and fire departments, support security needs, and uphold Andy Frain Services' Core Values and operating principles, including staff training compliance. A professional image and strong leadership skills are essential.

Responsibilities/Duties

• Manage security staff and ensure adherence to post orders and safety protocols.
• Develop and implement security procedures complying with laws and policies.
• Respond to emergencies and maintain knowledge of safety systems.
• Train and supervise security officers, and coordinate with management and clients.
• Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and staff scheduling.
• Maintain community and client relations, and oversee account performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 2 years in loss prevention, CCTV, or security management, including 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Valid driver’s license and licensing as per state requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

Working Conditions
