The role supports oral solid formulation studies, conducts lab and pilot plant work, designs formulation studies, and performs material characterization and testing.
Qualifications
- Requires a bachelor's degree in science or engineering (advanced degree preferred).
- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience.
- Experience in oral formulation development and processing.
- Knowledge of formulation development and oral product processing (blending, tableting, encapsulation).
- Experience with data trending and statistical analysis software a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, technical aptitude, and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate honestly and effectively with peers and management.
Responsibilities
- Conduct development activities related to developing oral formulations.
- Conduct oral product batch processing, material characterization and formulation testing.
- Design and optimize formulation using design of experience approach.
