Job summary

Cranfield Academy Providence, part of the Endeavor Schools family, is seeking an experienced Assistant School Leader/Assistant Director to support the School Leader in day-to-day operations. You will foster a strong sense of community among staff, students, and families while ensuring compliance with regulations and guiding financial accountability.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, required.
• AA or BA in Early Childhood Education or related field, required.
• NC Early Childhood Admin Credential, preferred.
• Minimum state standards/accreditation requirements.
• At least 3 years in education serving a comparable school community.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with revenue generation, budgets and financial accountability is a plus.
• Proficiency with technology and software including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Partner with School Leader on enrollment objectives and metrics.
• Collaborate to implement curriculum and nurture a culture of excellence.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and licensing.
• Maintain staffing ratios and classroom staffing.
• Participate in hiring and retention of qualified staff.
• Monitor performance via goals and evaluations; address issues as needed.
