Endeavor Schools’ Cranfield Academy Providence is seeking a Lead Toddler Teacher to develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and lead engaging activities that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent, required.
• AA or BA in Early Childhood Education or related field, strongly preferred.
• EDU 119 or equivlent college credits or 5 years experience NC licensed center.
• 2+ years experience working with similar age group.
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required.
• The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.
