Job summary

Fullington Trailways, LLC is seeking an Assistant Location Manager in Philipsburg, PA, to supervise operations and staff, ensure safety and compliance, and support route scheduling and charter activities. You will liaise with school officials, drivers, and customers while maintaining service quality at the location.

This role requires strong customer service, leadership, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage day-to-day operations when the location manager is absent and to recruit

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-3 years management-related experience.
• Valid driver license, have or willing to obtain CDL B with endorsements
• Ability to pass a DOT and SB physical

• Assists district with routing and stop locations (district must sign off on ALL route and stop locations).

Position Summary:

The Assistant Location Manager provides operational support, day-to-day management, customer interface, and required reporting and compliance mandates (both internal and external). Is first line representation of location management with school officials concerning issues of passenger management, route scheduling, charter activities, driver issues, and general logistics matters. Directly supervises exempt and non-exempt staff.
