SmartStyle Hair Salon is hiring an Assistant Salon Leader to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service delivery in our salon. You will be responsible for delivering a full range of hair services, driving customer satisfaction, and supporting the Salon Leader in achieving goals.

We offer a generous commission up to 60% on services, up to 25% on retail, weekly bonus opportunities, and supportive leadership.

Qualifications

• Valid and current cosmetology license (Required).
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Salon Leader to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service delivery in our salon.

As an Assistant Salon Leader:

You will be responsible for delivering a range of hair services, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our salon. The Assistant Salon Leader is responsible for assisting the Salon Leader in achieving salon goals.

Duties:

• Deliver exceptional customer service while providing the full range of hair care services to clients.
• Demonstrate strong technical ability.
• Consistently exhibit and develop technical competence.
• Ensure salon team provides exceptional customer service
• Help market the salon and grow the business
• Ensure the salon schedules meet the needs of the business
• Manage and control expenses
• Complete required administrative tasks
• Lead team to accomplish sales goals
