SmartStyle Hair Salon is seeking a dynamic Assistant Salon Leader to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service in our salon. You will deliver a full range of hair services, drive client satisfaction, and support the Salon Leader in achieving salon goals.

This role offers a generous commission structure, ongoing training, and strong leadership support; the position requires valid cosmetology license and ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Salon Leader to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service delivery in our salon.

As an Assistant Salon Leader:

You will be responsible for delivering a range of hair services, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our salon. The Assistant Salon Leader is responsible for assisting the Salon Leader in achieving salon goals.

Duties:

• Deliver exceptional customer service while providing the full range of hair care services to clients.
• Demonstrate strong technical ability.
• Consistently exhibit and develop technical competence.
• Ensure salon team provides exceptional customer service
• Help market the salon and grow the business
• Ensure the salon schedules meet the needs of the business
• Manage and control expenses
• Complete required administrative tasks
• Lead team to accomplish sales goals
