Sun Tan City is seeking a motivated leader for a management role at our Murfreesboro location. The Assistant Salon Director will drive performance, supervise Tanning Consultants, and promote exceptional client experiences while maintaining operational excellence.

Ideal candidates have retail management or customer service experience, strong leadership, and the ability to coach and mentor staff. Expect a 40–45 hour schedule with potential evenings and weekend coverage.

Qualifications

• Management and/or Sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Basic Computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example to create a client-centric experience and meet sales expectations.
• Coach, train and provide feedback to improve team performance.
• Generate sales reports and assist with salon director functions.
• Help maintain staffing levels to ensure productivity and service quality.
