Qualifications

• Retail management experience preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills and leadership ability.
• Ability to work nights and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example to create a client-centric experience and meet sales goals.
• Maintain a clean, professional salon and supervise staff.
• Set objectives for team members and provide coaching and feedback.
• Generate sales reports, manage inventory, and support salon leadership.
• Ensure adequate staffing while controlling labor costs.
