Sun Tan City is seeking an Assistant Salon Director to lead a high-energy team at a Bowling Green, KY location. You will support the Salon Director, drive client-centric service, and help achieve productivity goals with coaching and oversight of Tanning Consultants.

The role requires leadership, strong customer service, and the ability to manage in a fast-paced retail setting. Flexible schedules and advancement opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• College education preferred, but not required.
• Management or Sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to manage effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example to create a client-centric experience and meet sales expectations.
• Maintain a clean, professional salon environment.
• Set clear goals for team members and provide coaching and feedback.
• Generate sales reports, manage inventory, and assist with director functions.
• Help control top line revenue and expenses and staffing levels.
