The Assistant Salon Director role offers growth, competitive pay, and bonuses aligned with performance. Five days per week with a 40–45 hour schedule; nights and weekend coverage required.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Basic computer skills with Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example to create a client-centric experience and meet sales targets.
• Keep salon clean and professional.
• Set goals for Team Members and provide coaching.
• Generate sales reports and assist with director functions.
• Help manage revenue and expenses and staffing levels.
• Provide weekend and evening coverage as required.
