Revamped Security, a Top 10 ADT Authorized Dealer, is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager in the OKC area to drive production and develop the sales team. You will lead from the front, coach reps, and help build a winning culture while managing day-to-day operations.

The role offers hands-on paid training, leadership development, and clear career advancement opportunities with uncapped earning potential and a $1,000 new hire bonus. Strong performers can reach $70k–$100k+ annually.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Leadership or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work in the field connecting with new homeowners.
• Present tailored home security solutions.
• Produce at a high level individually.
• Help coach and develop Sales Representatives.
• Assist daily team meetings, training, and goal setting.
• Support new hires through onboarding and field development.
• Track individual and team performance.
• Help hold representatives accountable to performance expectations.
• Create energy and maintain a competitive team environment.
• Assist Sales Management with day-to-day team operations.
• Represent Revamped Security professionally in the field.
