Revamped Security, a Top 10 ADT Authorized Dealer, is hiring an Assistant Sales Manager in the OKC area. You will lead from the front, drive production, and coach sales representatives to build a winning culture.

This role offers hands-on paid training, ongoing leadership development, and uncapped earnings through base pay, commissions, and bonuses, with a $1,000 new hire bonus upon meeting initial performance benchmarks.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Reliable transportation.
• Active car insurance.
• Second Form of ID.
• Previous sales experience preferred.
• Leadership or management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work in the field connecting with new homeowners.
• Present tailored ADT home security solutions.
• Produce at a high level individually.
• Help coach and develop Sales Representatives.
• Assist with daily team meetings, training, and goal setting.
• Support new hires through onboarding and field development.
• Track individual and team performance.
• Help hold representatives accountable to performance expectations.
• Create energy and maintain a competitive team environment.
• Assist Sales Management with day-to-day team operations.
• Represent ADT and Revamped Security professionally in the field.
• Help identify and develop future leaders within the organization.
