Milan Laser Hair Removal is hiring an experienced, full-time Assistant Sales Manager to lead our Kansas City (Overland Park), KS team. You will engage clients one-on-one to deliver personalized consultations, craft dream packages, and collaborate on financing options to make services accessible.

You will work with clinic leadership to hit sales KPIs and streamline administrative processes for a world-class client experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of work experience; commission-driven sales preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willing to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Achieve clinic sales KPIs while delivering an exceptional client experience.
