Job summary

Milan Laser Hair Removal is seeking an experienced, full-time Assistant Sales Manager to lead our St. Louis team in O'Fallon, MO. You will engage clients in personalized consultations, guide financing options, and help achieve sales KPIs while ensuring a world-class experience.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least one year of sales or commission-based work, excellent communication, independence, and teamwork, with weekend/evening availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of any work experience required.
• Experience in a commission driven and/or sales environment preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Achieve all sales KPIs within the clinic by delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Conduct thorough and personalized consultations with new clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with the team to engage current clients and drive sales through tailored add-on services.
• Build lasting relationships with clients at every touchpoint.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, maintain client records, and support staff with treatment room upkeep.
• Perform opening and closing duties, and process client financial transactions.
