ARS-Rescue Rooter in Myrtle Beach, SC is looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to coach HVAC Opportunity Technicians, improve the handoff to our Comfort Advisors, and support the Sales Manager with daily sales operations.

The role focuses on coaching, reviewing service calls, managing schedules, and optimizing lead flow to boost conversion and customer satisfaction. Comfortable with performance metrics and collaborative leadership is essential.

Competenze

• HVAC industry experience strongly preferred.
• Sales leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Understanding of residential HVAC service and replacement sales.
• Experience coaching technicians or sales professionals.
• Ability to use performance metrics to guide coaching and improve results.
• Strong communication, organization, customer service, and problem-solving skills.

Overview

Salary: $90,000-$110,000 annually, based on experience, qualifications, plus eligibility for a monthly performance incentive of up to $1,000. Location: Myrtle Beach, SCAmerican Residential Services (ARS) is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to coach HVAC Opportunity Technicians, improve the handoff to our Comfort Advisors, and support the Sales Manager with daily sales operations.
