Milan Laser Hair Removal is hiring an experienced, full-time Assistant Sales Manager for our Buffalo (Amherst), NY location. You will lead a dynamic team, engage clients in personalized consultations, and collaborate on financing options to drive accessible services.

You’ll aim to meet KPIs while delivering a world-class client experience. You will supervise day-to-day operations in the absence of the clinic manager, ensuring superior service and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of work experience required.
• Experience in a commission-driven and/or sales environment preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and evenings.

Responsibilities

• Achieve all sales KPIs by delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Conduct thorough consultations to understand client needs and tailor packages.
• Collaborate with the team to engage clients and drive add-on services.
• Schedule appointments, manage client records, and handle transactions.
• Support clinic leadership in daily operations during manager absences.
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support departmental and organizational objectives.
