Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of work experience required.
• Experience in a commission-driven sales environment preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and evenings.
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information.
• Ability to use computer and sales software.

Responsibilities

• Achieve all sales KPIs within the clinic by delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Conduct thorough consultations with new clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with the team to engage current clients and drive sales through tailored recommendations.
• Build lasting client relationships and exceed expectations at every touchpoint.
• Handle opening/closing duties, appointments, records, and financial transactions.
• Perform day-to-day operations during the clinic manager's absence to maintain service quality.
