Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of any work experience.
• Experience in a commission-driven or sales environment preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, required.
• Ability to work independently required.
• Works well in a team environment required.
• Ability to maintain highly confidential information required.
• Ability to use a computer and sales software required.
• Willingness to work 40 hours per week, including weekends and evenings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Achieve all sales KPIs in the clinic by delivering an exceptional client experience.
• Conduct thorough and personalized consultations with new clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Collaborate with the team to engage current clients, driving sales through tailored recommendations and add-ons.
• Focus on building lasting relationships that exceed client expectations at every touchpoint.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, maintain client records, field calls, and support medical staff with treatment room upkeep.
• Perform opening and closing duties, and process client financial transactions.
• Performs additional tasks as needed to support objectives.
