What You'll Do

Lead the Team

• Support the Center Manager in overseeing daily operations
• Coach, motivate, and develop Guest Service Associates to achieve sales goals
• Lead by example through exceptional guest service and sales performance
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new team members
• Foster a positive, energetic, and accountable team culture

Drive Sales & Business Results

• Help achieve monthly sales, membership, and guest retention goals
• Coach the team on membership sales, package sales, retail recommendations, and rebooking strategies
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for improvement
• Assist with local marketing initiatives, community outreach, and business development efforts

Deliver an Exceptional Guest Experience

• Ensure every guest receives a welcoming and memorable experience
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and effectively
• Maintain center standards, cleanliness, and operational excellence
• Support front desk operations, scheduling, inventory management, and administrative tasks

What We're Looking For

• Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience preferred
• Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving goals
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to coach, develop, and motivate a team
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Positive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and peak business hours as needed
• Beauty, retail, fitness, hospitality, or service-industry experience is a plus
