What You'll Do

Sales & Membership Growth

• Educate guests on our services, products, and membership options
• Consistently achieve sales goals through memberships, service packages, and retail products
• Recommend services and products based on guest needs
• Follow up with prospective, current, and lapsed guests through calls, texts, and emails
• Build guest loyalty and maximize guest retention through relationship-building and exceptional service

Guest Experience

• Create a welcoming and positive experience for every guest
• Manage reservations and assist guests with scheduling needs
• Address guest concerns professionally and effectively
• Maintain accurate guest records and reservation notes
• Ensure every guest leaves feeling valued and excited to return

Operations Support

• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional center environment
• Support daily business initiatives and promotional campaigns
• Work collaboratively with the management team and Wax Specialists to drive center success
