Key Responsibilities

• Maintain strong client satisfaction from initial sale through post project completion
• Support planning, coordination, and oversight of day to day sales operations
• Help achieve annual sales targets and drive revenue growth through strategic planning

• Build long term client relationships and support strategic account planning

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Prior experience in a sales support or assistant sales management role
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and performance trends
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Customer focused mindset with strong negotiation ability
• At least five years of B2B sales or customer service experience in the automotive or industrial sector, ideally including work with Tier 1 or OEM accounts

Education:

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or Sales preferred
