Midas Auto Experts in Gloucester Township, NJ, seeks an experienced store/assistant manager to lead daily operations and supervise up to 10 technicians and staff. You will oversee vehicle inspections, build repair orders, and discuss pricing with customers to promote services and financing options.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Help ensure a safe, secure, and trustworthy work environment.
• Liaise between managers, customers, and employees.
• Fill in for Manager in times of absence, make executive decisions and hold meetings.
• Support ongoing learning and development of team members.
• Establish strategic goals from reporting documents.
• Define objectives, evaluate trends, choose action and assess outcomes.
• Lead by example, manage and train the team aligning with company values.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed by all employees.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while listening and consulting customers.
• Oversee vehicle inspections and build comprehensive repair orders with parts sourcing.
• Discuss pricing estimates with customers and promote services and financing options.
• Monitor the quality of all vehicles signed out.
• Supervise up to 10 employees effectively.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage ordering/receipts.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complete vehicle inspection and then make comprehensive recommendations by building computerized repair orders and sourcing parts.
• Ability to discuss pricing estimates with customers as well as promoting shop service specials and financing options.
• Monitor the quality of all vehicles being signed out.
• Ability to successfully supervise up to 10 employees.
• Closely monitor inventory levels while managing product ordering and receipt.
• Maintaining a clean and organized job site.
• Other duties as assigned.
