POOLCORP, the world's leading distributor of outdoor living products, seeks an Assistant Sales Center Manager in Sarasota, FL. You will support the Sales Center Manager with sales, customer service, and warehouse operations, while helping to manage inventory, budgets, and profitability.

The role requires strong leadership and a track record in a distribution environment. You will develop strategies to boost counter and inside sales, oversee AR functions, and mentor a team of 10+ employees.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in industrial distribution, warehousing, or equivalent.
• Strong sales aptitude and customer-service skills.
• Experience developing budgets with P&L awareness.
• Ability to hire/train and manage a team of 10+ employees.
• Knowledge of accounts receivable and cash handling.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with inventory software.
