We are looking for an Assistant Safety Director to join our Safety team on our projects in Fort Wayne, IN and Mooresville, IN. The Assistant Safety Director provides leadership for safety planning, execution, and team development on complex construction projects. This role blends people leadership with strong technical capability, supporting project teams in integrating safety into planning and field execution. The Assistant Safety Director is expected to operate with increasing independence and is progressing toward subject matter expertise in high-risk activities.
