Job Summary

Please note that the Delek Retail division sold its stores to OXXO, the largest convenience store retailer in Latin America. We are currently in a transition phase where you will be hired under Delek systems operating on behalf of OXXO USA, and you'll be part of their team.

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for the daily operations and success of the retail store. This role ensures the store is well-stocked, clean, and provides excellent customer service while managing financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily store activities to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain inventory levels by stocking shelves and monitoring supply.
  • Ensure the store remains clean and organized.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
  • Handle financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
Education and Experience
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of formal education requirements.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a retail environment (preferred).
  • Required certification: Valid driver’s license.
