Alabama Goodwill Industries (AGI) is seeking an energetic retail supervisor to lead store operations and customer service efforts. You will support staff, monitor safety, and help drive merchandising strategies while maintaining strong donor and customer relations.

This role emphasizes teamwork and a positive attitude to grow the location. Qualified candidates have 3–5 years in retail supervision, a detail-oriented mindset, and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist and generate new business while maintaining existing customer relationships.
• Assist in recruiting and training new store staff members.
• Assist store staff and operations.
• Ensure that safety standards are being followed.
• Learn how to utilize AGI's Web Enabled Statistical Analytics.
• Ensure labor, expenses and revenue goals are met.
• Complete store reports as needed.
• Assist with planning and implementing merchandising strategies.
• Resolve customer and donor complaints as needed.
• Provide world class customer service in a professional and courteous manner.
• Demonstrate teamwork and cooperation.
