We’re looking for a Store Manager who leads with energy, ownership, and pride—someone who can build a high-performing team, create an exceptional guest experience, and drive results in a fast-paced retail environment.
What You’ll Do:
As Store Manager, you are responsible for leading all aspects of store performance, including people, operations, merchandising, and customer experience.
You will:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team that delivers outstanding customer service
- Drive sales through strong execution, accountability, and team engagement
- Create a clean, organized, and visually compelling store environment
- Manage daily operations including inventory, merchandising, and store standards
- Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable to Red Raider Outfitter standards
- Foster a positive, high-energy, team-first culture
- Stay connected to Texas Tech events, product knowledge, and customer trends
- Communicate product performance and feedback to leadership

Who This Role Is NOT For

- Struggle with organization, follow-through, or attention to detail
- Prefer to “get through the day” rather than drive results
- Gets overwhelmed in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment
- Is not willing to work weekends, game days, and peak retail seasons
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of retail management experience (specialty retail preferred)
- Basic computer proficiency
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the day
- Ability to lift 20–50 lbs (fixtures, product boxes, etc.)
Schedule & Availability:
- Full-time role
- Must be available for nights, weekends, holidays, and home football game days
- Occasional travel between Lubbock locations
- Occasional events outside normal business hours
