AT&T in Chicago, IL, is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager to partner with the store manager in daily operations, coaching a team, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. You’ll guide merchandising, launches, and sales initiatives to meet targets while developing staff and enabling growth.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and strategic thinking in a retail telecom environment, with comprehensive training and competitive rewards.

Formación

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Key Qualities of Successful Assistant Store Managers

• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
• Prior management experience
• Well‑developed planning, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems

Compensation

Our Assistant Retail Store Manager jobs earn between $53,200.00 - $79,800.00 + commission $18,000 . Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers.
