Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding service.
• Visual Merchandising: Ensure displays and layouts meet brand standards for style and innovation.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock, and organize the sales floor for a seamless experience.
• Operations Management: Oversee scheduling, opening/closing, and store procedures; lift up to 50 lbs. when needed.
• Sales Management: Drive revenue growth by applying performance strategies and achieving targets.
