Job Summary

The Assistant Salon Director maintains a high-energy, positive environment, driving store performance, fostering excellent client service, and ensuring operational excellence to meet or exceed goals. This role involves managing and supervising Tanning Consultants, leading by example, and ensuring a client-centric approach.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced setting.
  • Lead by example in delivering exceptional client experiences and meeting sales targets.
  • Maintain a clean and professional environment.
  • Set clear goals for team members and provide coaching and feedback.
  • Generate sales reports, oversee inventory, and support Salon Director tasks.
  • Assist in controlling revenue and expenses, managing staffing levels, and working flexible hours including nights and weekends.
Qualifications
  • College education preferred but not required.
  • Management and sales experience are a plus but not mandatory.
  • Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple situations and prioritize tasks effectively.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform cleaning functions for extended periods.
