Responsibilities:

As an Assistant Retail Manager, you will work to support the Retail Experience Manager in the day-to-day and long-term success of retail staff. This position will help build the best customer experience by focusing on what matters most, the team. You will assist with recruiting, onboarding, scheduling, coaching, performance management, training, and education of our Retail Sales Associates, or Outfitters, as we call them.

  • Executes Opening and Closing duties (by doing and delegating) to ensure the store stays clean, organized and operating smoothly for customers and employees
  • “Manager on Duty” when Store Manager is not present
  • Maintain the Outfitter metrics goals set by Owners and Director of Retail Operations (Insole-65%; Sock-170%; Cross-Sales-35%) (new sock ration is 130% effective 1/1/25)
  • Help manager lead monthly team meetings
