Base pay range

$60,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Our client, a luxury silk and cashmere brand, is seeking an Assistant Retail Manager to join their team in NYC!

Responsibilities:

1. Achieve individual sales targets and inspire team members to reach their goals.
2. Develop and expand the customer base by leveraging relationships with high-profile clientele.
3. Implement and manage the boutique’s community outreach program to foster strong client relationships.
4. Maintain effective communication with the General Manager/Store Manager to ensure smooth store operations.
5. Motivate and lead the team by fostering a positive work environment, driving accountability, and celebrating successes.
6. Ensure operational excellence across all store processes, including inventory management and daily store functions.
7. Assist in training and developing staff to enhance sales performance and customer service skills.

Qualifications:

1. Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on leadership approach.
2. 3+ years of managerial experience in a high-end retail environment.
3. Strong ability to engage with clients and build lasting relationships.
