The role requires 2 years of experience, a high school diploma or GED, being at least 21 years old, and a valid driver's license. Expect a rotating schedule with about 45 hours per week and a bi-weekly bonus program.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory and supply levels, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Ensure Braum's store policies and practices are implemented and followed.
