Job summary

Braum's is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager in Terrell, TX to lead daily operations of food service, grocery and fountain sales. You will coach staff, uphold Braum's standards and drive customer satisfaction.

Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 21+ years old, and a valid driver's license. Compensation includes a bi-weekly bonus plan and health benefits. Work schedule varies with a rotating 3-week cycle and ~45 hours/week.

• High school diploma or GED is required and retail leadership experience is preferred.
• Ability to coach, lead and develop store crew members.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Ensure Braum's store policies and practices are followed.
