Braum's Inc. in Athens, TX is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead the store crew and drive excellent customer service. The role reports to the Store Manager, with a 45-hour week and a rotating 3-week schedule. Compensation is $18.50–$19.00 per hour, plus a strong bonus program and benefits.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of experience, be 21+, have a valid driver's license, and demonstrate leadership, integrity, and teamwork to maximize sales and food quality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Retail management experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver license.
• Two years of experience in store/restaurant management.
• Excellent customer service and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Teach, coach and provide leadership to the store crew members.
• Maximize store sales through customer satisfaction and food quality.
• Oversee the daily operations of Braum's food service function, grocery market and fountain sales.
• Monitor inventory, kitchen equipment, safety and cleanliness as needed.
• Ensure Braum's store policies and practices are followed.
